Pipeline Asset Management

Pipeline corrosion is often found at supports, crossings and under insulation, where access is awkward. We prepare, inspect, repair and maintain those locations as one package.

Preparation and inspection

Surfaces at inspection locations are cleaned and coatings removed locally so NDT can measure wall thickness and find defects. Valves are tested as part of the same visit where required.

Insulation

We remove chromium-containing insulation with the right controls and install replacement insulation once inspection and repairs are complete.

Repair without hot work

Composite wrap repairs restore corroded pipework without welding, often without taking the line out of service, and protective coatings are reinstated afterwards.
