1. Enabling works and access
Industrial cleaning of bridges, tanks, vessels and pipelines so they can be inspected, with paint and corrosion removed where NDT and visual inspection need bare steel. Coatings are tested for hazardous materials such as lead and chromium, and hazardous waste is removed. Confined space entry and rescue, and rope access, reach complex structures for inspection and maintenance.
Industrial Cleaning for Inspection
Cleaning of bridges, tanks, vessels and pipelines so inspections can see the steel.
Coating & Corrosion Removal for NDT
Local removal of paint and corrosion so NDT and close visual inspection can be carried out.

2. Inspection and assessment
Inspections to EEMUA 159, API 510 and API 653, non-destructive testing, paint inspections, corrosion surveys and valve testing, followed by Fitness for Service reports where applicable, recommendations and an asset management programme.
EEMUA 159 & API 653 Tank Inspection
Inspection of above-ground storage tanks in line with EEMUA 159 and API 653.
API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection
In-service inspection of pressure vessels in line with API 510.
Non-Destructive Testing
NDT of steel structures, tanks and pipelines.
Paint Inspection
Inspection of coating work by qualified paint inspectors.

4. Ongoing maintenance programmes
Following inspections, assessments and remedial actions, we offer maintenance programmes tailored to the risks and the works carried out. This may be an annual visual inspection to make sure areas are well maintained and any minor actions are dealt with.
